As we move into a world of increasing uncertainty, reach out to others of many kinds, seek both to aid and to be aided, a daily practice of centering becomes essential. If a practice or several are right for you, they can yield energy and compassion, courage and clarity, joy and appreciation. And sometimes, temporarily, the opposite as they may allow us to welcoming in the most difficult of truths and painful of feelings, thus opening us to the wisdom we may most need--if we are to survive, to thrive and to be of benefit to those we encounter.
